Smack bang in the middle of St. James's Gate

Returning for a second year, GUINNESS X MEATOPIA is taking place in the Open Gate Brewery, home to all beer innovation and experimentation. Beer and food lovers, get on it - it's a one of a kind celebration.

We have no beef, we love all meats

There's a new twist this year, it's not only beef; chicken, pork, and seafood will also take to the stage – with Killian Crowley, winner of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Ireland/UK 2018, from the Michelin Star, Aniar restaurant stepping up to the plate and devoting his grill to the fruits of the sea

...and more to be announced.

Everything is ethically sourced- down to the embers

In true Meatopia style, all dishes will use the very best high quality, ethically-sourced irish meat with this year's menu featuring beef, chicken, pork, and seafood, grilled or smoked over sustainable wood and charcoal.

It's all beer!

We're getting creative and brewing up brand-new beers specially for the event - a Salt & Pepper beer, a Rhubarb Sour, and a Caramel ale.

Our brewers and beer sommeliers have worked closely with the chefs and the team at Meatopia to perfectly pair a variety of Guinness beers with each dish.

Completing the beer line-up will be beers from our friends, independent breweries from across the UK and Ireland, that are rocking it.

The Meatopia Cutting Room Stage was on fire last year, but this year we're taking it to the next level! We're talking Brewery Roulette with our Brewers bringing you through taste and flavour; turning up the heat with Lord Logs, founder of the London Log Company sharing his mesmerising stories of fire craft and showcases from guest brewers whose progressive, food-first approach is making waves in the beer world… with much much more to be annoucned.

They're a friendly bunch, don't be shy, have the chats!

Then as day turns to night, enjoy an eclectic combo of dirty gospel and good vibes from New York's Reverend Vince Anderson and the Love Choir and Dublin's own Ukulele Tuesday. Keep an eye out, we'll be releasing the full line up very soon!

GUINNESS X MEATOPIA will take place at the Open Gate Brewery in Dublin, on Friday, 6 July (4-10pm), Saturday, 7 July (4-10pm) and Sunday, 8 July (1-6pm). Tickets are €70.00 and include access to GUINNESS X MEATOPIA plus four unique dishes of your choice, four specially paired taster beers and 1 pint of GUINNESS X MEATOPIA special brew.
